As well as porcelain doll making, I have also been making miniature sweets for Barbie, BJD’s and dollhouse and  sell them in my Etsy Shop. That’s right my mental break from doll making,  is making treats for my dolls.  Here is some eye candy for you…..

Well the Christmas decorations are up so now I can get back to work.  I just completed a test stringing.  All the moving joints fit and work properly.  Time to move on to the many coats of china paint.

I finally soft fired this doll and finished sculpting the head for a larger master BJD Just have to clean it up a bit and add some ears

Alright it’s time to start focusing, and I picked the projects I chose to start doing that with. I’ve got 2 things going on at the moment… I have to finish up some BJD body parts before they go in the kiln for a soft fire and I’m starting a new sculpt for a BJD [...]

I finally got my hands on a copy of Learning to be a Doll Artist. Opening my mailbox was like Christmas Morning! I’m also working on a new porcelain doll. I’ll post some progress pics soon.
